Who operates this service

Portal de Canales (studio.trendchart.app) is a private analytics dashboard operated by the team that manages promotion for the connected channels. Only administrators registered by a portal owner can access it.

What YouTube data we read and with which permissions

When a channel owner accepts an invitation, they authorize the portal through Google OAuth 2.0 with these read-only scopes:

• youtube.readonly: identify the chosen channel and read public information about its videos (title, thumbnail, duration, visibility and public counters).
• yt-analytics.readonly: YouTube Analytics reports for the channel: views, watch time, subscribers gained and lost, engagement, traffic sources, countries, retention and age and gender distribution (always aggregated, never per person).
• yt-analytics-monetary.readonly: estimated channel revenue, only if it is in the YouTube Partner Program.
• openid and email: to know which Google account performed the authorization.

Public video comments are read with a public API key, without account permissions.

How we use the data

Exclusively to show statistics and recommendations to portal administrators about the connected channels: growth tracking, paid vs organic traffic analysis, video performance and projections. We do not sell, rent or share the data with third parties, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not train models with it.

What we store and how we protect it

• The permanent access token Google issues is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and is never displayed or logged in clear text.
• We keep daily copies of aggregated metrics for the channel and its videos to show history and trends.
• All traffic goes over HTTPS. Servers and database are hosted with providers that encrypt data at rest.
• Administrator access uses single-use links sent by email, with an audit log of every action.

How to revoke access and delete data

The channel owner can revoke permission at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. From that moment the portal can no longer read new data. An administrator can also disconnect the channel from the dashboard: that revokes the token with Google and deletes the channel with all stored statistics. You may also request deletion at the contact below; we complete it within 30 days.

Google services

Portal de Canales's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This service uses YouTube API Services and is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
